I need to remove the helmet pin on 270 drive.
Supposed to be easy: remove two bolts and lift the pin. Two other holes are not threaded on this one.
Any special tools or trick there?

Are you sure they aren't threaded??? Put an allen wrench in each hole and try to wiggle it out I guess...It can be tight if there is junk in and around the pin.

They are not threaded. Maybe somebody just stripped the thread out flat...
It's very clean, I sprayed some PB Blaster last night just in case. Will try to wiggle it out with something tonight.
Can it be turned to get loose or has to go straight out? Have never seen this one removed.

Yes it will turn. Good Luck. You may want to look for a new one with threads, or maybe you could rethread the one you've got. It's very easy to remove when using the bolts to jack the pin out.
