My 2004 250HPDI with 190 hours was running a little rough 1st time out this season. Then next time wouldn't start. Replaced plugs and fuel filters. Starts but runs rough, smokes and lacks power. Took air intake off and found gunk on couple of intakes. Started and found exhaust coming out just to the right of the #2 intake. What does that typically mean, blown head or worse. Thanks for the help.
