Will TWT let his team win and his driver get championship points, or will he go for victory?

That is the problem, He wants owner's point and doesn't care about his drivers. I wonder if any of his drivers have won a championship on his teams?

I shut down the race coverage right after the finish last night and didn't look to see how much dough Lemonis has to pay out. Other than the $15K for each of the 10 CW wrapped trucks, Enfinger and Klingerman picked up an extra $10K each for finishing 7th and 8th.

Lemonis is doing something similar for the NHRA at Gainesville.

Oooops - Took a nap and missed the 1st heat. Cindric won it.

In the 2nd heat, Hemric led and a yellow flew for a couple of cars getting together.

Back to green with 28 laps to go in heat 2.

That didn't last long. Sieg slows with flat, spins into the grass and rip a good chunk of the front end off.

2 more green flag laps before a yellow. Haley this time. Hemric has been holding onto the lead.

Hemeric won the 2nd heat. This was Sieg ripping off his front-end in the grass. Splitters do not like grass!

Jones beat Hemric out of the pits between heats. On the heat 3 green flag, Jone has led the first 20 laps of the heat with 88 to go.

New leader - The Dinger. 56 laps to go and it's been green for the entire 3rd heat.

A yellow for Burton. The Dinger is still the leader with 35 laps to go.

Caution #8 for Ty Dillon spin. 17 laps to go.

The last laps were caution free and AJ Almendinger is today's X-Winner.

Pre-race inspection was completed last evening - No two-time flunks, but that gives plenty of time for the infamous unapproved adjustment!
