I'm getting fuel to the low pressure fuel pump and it is working fine. Not getting fuel to the injectors fuel rail. What can I check without having to remove the manifold to get to the vst? Motor has less than 50 hours on it. Any help will be appreciated.

Suggest you do not run motor agaim until you drain it out, clean all filters, and replace with fresh fuel.
Common problems in Suzuki outboard motors can be easily diagnosed from home. Inspect the primer bulb if the engine is not starting. If there is no resistance, fuel is not entering the engine. The primer bulb and entire fuel line may have to be replaced. FaceTime Download

Robin,
Thanks for the reply. With fresh gas, the primer bulb works fine. Fills the low pressure fuel filter. The low pressure fuel pump works fine and pumps fuel.
That part is working fine. It's beyond that point somewhere that is not letting fuel get to the injectors fuel rail. When I remove the hose to the fuel rail and crank the engine no fuel come out of the hose. I am trying to find out what else I can check without having to pull the manifold and open up the vapor separation tank.

monitor the voltage to the High pressure pump in VST.
if you have that, then see if the ECU is providing the neg for the pump to run.
If the pump runs then you have a plugged up filter inside the VST or maybe a recirculation check valve has a problem
