iFL lock time has moved back to 6:10. Had some rain and still some in the area.

To the back - Almirola in his backup car, TWT for a motor change, Sorenson for transmission change, McLeod for unapproved adjustments and Joe Nemechek for unapproved adjustments.

Also FlaCowboy for uncontrolled rib bones, :D

LOL...I just put the rib bones and sauce back on the smoker to keep them warm until the rain goes away and the race starts...:D

Good Luck Everyone...!

BTW...now I know what the drivers back around 16th place in points feel like...every point counts...

Humpty says that is an unapproved adjustment. You start the next county over!

Roster lock is now 7PM. Is somebody feeling optimistic? I bet the soggy wives and girlfriends in the sold out grandstand are telling someone what they think. :peep:

Unapproved adjustment... C`mon...now you sound like nascar...lol...all I can say is the bones and sauce "started" in the smoker so how is that an adjustment...:D

As for the soggy wives and girlfriends comment...all I can say is if they did not have an umberella ...I am sure their t-shirts are wet... not to mention they are having a bad hair day...:D

The moving roster lock is now 8 PM. Are they trying to make me change my roster?

it's the 8:30 lock, let's go for 9. Why don't they just lock it and be done?

Now 9:30 lock with a 10 o'clock possible start according to Jayski.

Average race time is 3:51:07. We're talking about a 2 AM finish.

Go to bed and set the sleep timer on the TV, 'speck. I'll probably be doing that - I'm feeling tired already.

Amazing how many are still in the stands. A big crowd on hand,

Warm up laps have started and comp. caution on lap 35.

Heck, I just woke up and the wife watched Fear the Walking Dead, so it looks like they are now ready to race.

Elliott 1st off pit road and leads the restart. Big Bro and Elliott battle for the lead until BB takes it. Johnson moves to 2nd.

TWT passes Elliott for 4th. Took him 93 laps to move up from starting 37th. Everything on the car was changed after qualifying!

End of heat 1 with Big Bro the leader, Johnson 2nd, then Larson, TWT and Hamlin for the top 5.
