I'm thinking you have her dialed in at about all you can get out of the outboard you selected. I ran a Lund Tyee with a 115 for several years, very similar to your Smoker, and that was about all I could get out of mine too. Next boat ya consider, I would up the power a bit, but I'm glad the boat is operating as you expected, and should. My current 19 foot Spectrum only has a 90 Merc, and it can run up to 150 hp, I think. It does everything I want, but more power would sure be preferred too. Your SC should end up being a fishing machine!!
