2013 Mercury 90 4 stroke runs out of fuel

I have a 2013 Mercury 90 four stroke. It runs for 7-15min then runs out of fuel. So far have changed filters, fuel line, new fuel pumps, nre float switch incl fuel regulator, also changed fuel pickup. We even bypassed the existing fuel tank, and stuck the hose in a five gallon gas can, same result. Always drops fuel pressure around 10 to 15 minutes, wait another 10 min and the fuel pump tank will have enough fuel for another cycle. Any ideas

Is this a carburetor or fuel injected engine model? Engine serial number handy?

I don't have the serial handy, but fuel injected, I already replaced both fuel pumps. Model #Model number is 1f90413ed

Have you studied the Fuel Supply Module (FSM) Troubleshooting? This bulletin is to help technicians better diagnose fuel problems on engines that utilize an FSM. It will explain how to use CDS data to determine what the FSM system is doing and how to use that data to diagnose an FSM related problem.

My first thought to either Carbed or EFI was a vent issue somewhere... Maybe check over (and blow through?) the vent lines/canister as seen as item numbers 6 and also make sure the Cap is on tight and sealed correctly that sits to the right of the vent line seen as item number 8 all seen here, https://www.crowleymarine.com/mercury/oem-parts/outboard/2006/1f90413ed/integrated-air-fuel-module
