I have a friend that has bought a 2012 chapparal that the motor was not winterised and froze. The exhaust manifolds split and not sure is the block is cracked but figure it is. Are the heads ok. Never dealt with this and don't know if the heads would crack or not?

Heads and intake are probably cracked too.

Get a new longblock, new manifolds, new circulation pump, and transfer the carb and front accessories over

Michigan motorz sells reman longblocks. Would think heads and intake are cracked too… make sure he knows how to winterize

will do. probably tear the motor down and freshen it up over the winter.
