Looking for some help. Over the last 2 trips, I've noticed a very small amount of what appears to be 2 cycle oil in the transom mount area of my Triton. I've pulled the motor cover and can see a very small oil sheen in the bottom of the motor but no identifiable leak even when the motor is running. Took it to the dealer and they could not find a leak either. I would estimate what is in the transom mount area to be

Less than 5 drops of oil in transom. Mechanic noted reservoir, lines, and pump were normal. I have a military bass tournament soon and need motor to be running ops normal. Under warranty and less than 25 hours on engine. Appreciate any advice/suggestions.

Five drops of oil is isn't enough to worry about, you did the right thing. You took it to the dealer,he checked it out said it was fine.

Now, your job is to go win that military bass tournament, and don't worry anything the motors fine

Keep an eye on it optimax is a precision oil injection could be injecting rich for the break in period. But if it was mine I would keep an eye on it.
