2012 15 HP Honda Outboard cutting out when giving it throttle.

I have a 2012 Honda 15 HP (BF15D3SHS) tiller handle outboard that I recently purchased, had several issues due to a overheating problem when I purchased it. Now the only problem left is it wants to cut out while giving it throttle.

It will idle fine all day, but if I give it a quick turn on the throttle it wants to die. Let go and return to idle it stays running. If I give it a slow turn on the throttle, I can get the RPM's up for about 30 second before it wants to cut out.

Just took the carburetor off and had it serviced at the Honda Dealer, they said it didn't need a rebuild and just charged me $50.00 for a cleaning.
Starts easy with either the pull start or starter

What can I try next?

Parts Replaced/Compression:
Compression is 110 LBs in each cylinder
New Water housing/Impeller
New Throttle Cable
New Thermostat sensor/thermostat/Housing
New spark plugs
Carburetor cleaned (Not rebuild)

Compression seems low for a 4 stroke.-----Open low speed mixture screw 1/8 turns at a time and see if bogging goes away.

Have you cleaned the fuel pump? I suspect it has a low float level and you're running a little bit lean when you do have it running. That will cause a hesitation, and the hesitation will get worse the more lean it is. Then, with the float bowl already low, you basically run out of gas when you open up the throttle.

Have you tried pumping the primer bulb while you're starting to increase the throttle? If that does make an improvement, then I'd open up the fuel pump and clean it out good.

this carb has small pipe going from the botom of the carb and to the upper part. on the end of this pipe is a oring. change this oring and clean this small pipe

It sounds fuel related to me, and I'm not convinced they cleaned the carburetor as well as it could be cleaned. Does squeezing the fuel bulb help? Make sure the filters are clean and pump is working. Next I would clean the carb myself. Dismantle, soak in a hot ultrasonic cleaner for some time, 30-60 minutes, then put cleaner AND compressed air through every hole. @raczekp1 sounds like he may be familiar with this specific carburetor, I would check out the specific parts he is referring to.

I looked for this pipe, don't see it on this carburetor. I'll look at the daewings and see if they match whata I have.
