2011 Stingray 185 LS Motor Mount advise please!

We are purchasing the boat tomorrow and upon a brief inspection I came across what looks to me like corrosion on the motor mount. Is this a concern?

I wouldn't be concerned of the mount... The rust on the front cover ( all 3.0s) is more of a concern. If you buy it, hit the rust with a wire brush and some paint
