2009 Tahoe Q5i, changing gear lube and what type

Hello Everyone, I'm getting ready to winterize my 2009 Tahoe Q5I, and I need to know what lube to use for my Powerhead, it has a mercury Alpha 1 , and have looked up how to change it, but I want to make sure I use what is required for the unit.

Ayuh,..... Of course the recommended is Mercruiser/ Quicksilver Hi-performance gear lube,.....
I use Pennzoil full-syn 75W-90, which is the same, without the colored dye,....

you will need a pump too, fill from bottom up
