2009 seahunt gamefish 22 is this a good boat

I’m looking a buying a 2009 seahunt gamefish 22. It has a Yamaha 200 four stroke with almost 400 hours on it. It does need new interior. Is there anything I need to know about this boat any known problems. Also what would be a fair price point. It has the standard electronics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Typically, price is kind of a regional thing. The value of this boat is based mostly in its condition, especially being over a decade old. So, before anyone can even make a guess - they really need to see the boat itself.
