Run from a portable tank. If it runs better, look at your fuel in the tank

Any thoughts as to the engine not coming up to temp or the ECM is not seeing the correct temp and limiting fuel?

temp was within specs, 154 degrees , warmed up according to the scan tool

i did that on saturday as noted in post 11. the boat does finally get up on plane and ive had it up to around 42-4400 rpms, but very sluggish getting there, i ran the boat on the external tank and it sucked down a gallon of fuel,. i changed back to the boats tank and it continues to run the same,
i am not going to do anything more test wise until the bottom is cleaned. we shall see.
