2007 SeaRay 185 3.0 Mystery Hoses

Got bank repo 2007 SeaRay with 3.0.
What was connected at the end of these cooling hoses? Everything else seems to be in tact. one hose is connected to water hose, other to the block.

Must have been a water heater in it at some point. when ya turn on the motor does water come out,or is it hooked to the fresh water pump? If hooked to the motor it should be blocked off.

those 2 hoses are the block drain and the manifold drain. look on the port side for a bracket they plug into.
