I have a 2007 90hp 2 stroke Mercury. My problem is a loss of power of about 1500 rpm's at full throttle. I have rebuilt the fuel pump and pulled the carbs and cleaned. Seems to be running on two cylinders but all 3 spark plugs are firing. No change in performance, any suggestions?

Have you checked your prop for damage? A chipped or bent prop can have an effect on top end.

New prop. I'm wondering if there could still be a jet plugged in one of the carbs. I blew all 3 carbs out with air.
