2006 Tahoe Boat Q4 4.3 I/O - Hatch Gas Lift

Hello all,

I just bought a used 2006 tahoe boat with a i/o motor. When I life the hatch to access the motor, the gas lifts were missing. Does anyone know the size that go on it?

Welcome to iboats. I don't know off hand so I would call a local dealer and find out what part number it is. Then you can either buy them from the dealer or whoever else sells them. Or if you can see where the holes are you can measure between them and find the distance.

Hi Pal and welcome.

Looks like you have the same boat as me.

If the set up in the pictures looks the same as yours, then the length of my gas struts are 10" (26cm)
That's the length of the actual black gas cylinder.
