2006 SeaRay 195 Sport not accelerating/boggy

My 2006 SeaRay 195 Sport trouble accelerating. Wondering if it’s a spark plug issue? Fuel Filter/Lines? Water in lines?

I'm guessin' the fuel filter has crap in it,.....

No work yet. Trying to avoid if it’s an easy fix.. It’s feeling like a fuel issue the more I’m taking it out. The power comes and goes at slow speeds like it’s catching good gas here and there. Just bought a new fuel filter to replace this weekend

as you pull the old filter, pour its contents into a clear container and inspect for water contamination.

then replace the filter.

in additon the crab style distributor caps on MPIs will give a missfire. cheap thing to rule out.
