2006 mercury 60 4 stroke milky oil

my 2006 Mercury 60 makes oil milky, I think it’s the head gasket but it does not smoke and runs smooth, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Milky oil can come from a few things. Best to do a compression test and a cooling system test. Compression would be easy enough, but being a OB I don't know how to do a cooling system.
