2006 Mercury 15 hp electric start trying to add pull starter

I got a 2006 Merc 15hp (model # 1F15312FD and Serial # 1B233344) that has an electric start only. I would like to add a pull start option to the recoil housing. It seems to be set up for one, I just need to compile the internal parts like the spring, starter sheave, etc. Or, if I can find a whole new recoil assembly with the parts already, that would work too. Im having a heckava time finding the right assembly part number, or the individual parts. Ebay is slim pickings for either options.

Not to mention I ordered one off ebay already, where the housing was slightly different, but the internals seemed to have the same parts. turns out the ebay seller mixed my order up with someone elses and, long story, but thats been a mess for the last month..... ugh.
