2005 yamah F40TLRD only runs for 3 seconds

Hi guys i have a 2005 yamaha F40TLRD it was given too me and boat had really bead gas in it when i got it. i never even tried to start it pumped the gass out pulled the carb bowl drains and really bad stuff came out so pulled carbs and cleaned sevral times they are spotless. put it all back togeather and it will fire right up but only runs for a second anyone have any suggestions.. thank you for any help

very small passages and hard to clean and adjust properly.
May need to clean with a sonic bath
and then you will need some special equipment to set them

So maybe best to take it to a Yamaha shop

I second the sonic cleaning, made a world of difference on my 50 2-stroke, the 4-strokes need it even more from what I hear. The carbs will need special equipment to synchronize them however...
