2005 Johnson 4 stroke 15 HP motor needs a propeller

Hi guys how do I find the right prop for this motor? A dealer about an hour away wants about 200 for a refurbished one. What do you guys think?

Do you know if it comes with the Hub kit installed so all I have to do it put the new one on? And how do I know if its a 10 spline? Are they all 10 spline? They don't specifically list the number of splines. Should I call them?
