UPDATE: After having the MEFI tested again and determining it has to something with the MEFI getting power. I worked out the issue, not a good troubleshooting method, but it worked. I disconnected and removed the batteries and over two days disconnected, cleaned, checked every wire connector. I tightened and screw connections and replaced any that were worrisome. I cleaned all the battery connections. Once I did every connector I put the batteries back and so far it has ran great. The sad part is I have not idea what connector/connectors it might have been - though I have my suspicion.

Thanks for the help!
