I have 18 of these 90 E-tec 2005 series, (E90DPLSOR) motors.
I have replaced several of the injectors on these motors and I was wondering if there is a way to rebuild these injectors. I see in the Evinrude catalog internal parts for the injectors, but have had no sucess in opening them.
the main problem for me is the injectors, due to the high alcochol content on the fuel we use. these motors are at my operation in south america, they were purchased there, but the techs there have no idea on how to rebuild these expensive injectors. I have a deskfull of paperweight now to use, since that's all i can do with them.
if you know of a company here that can rebuild them or the tools needed to open these sealed injectors to rebuild them i would apreciate your help.
