im about to purchase a 05 larson 19ft boat with 5.0l volvo penta with only 20 hours on the boat and its in mint condition no problems whatsoever. what would be a fair price with trailer ?

NADA is too low. Try doing a nationwide search on boat trader and look around craigslist. That's practially a brand new boat, and probably was 28k new. I bet your fair price is 15k.
