2004 Yamaha Z200TXRC hdpi - Fuel in Exhaust

Hello

I have a 2004 Yamaha Z200TXRC hdpi. I changed the fuel filters and spark plugs. I am now getting fuel in the exhaust and plugs are fouled wet and black. Spark plugs appear to be firing, although could be weak.

What should I troubleshoot first?

Do your plugs have to be indexed? On some motors the plugs have to be indexed and if they aren't indexed correctly your engine will not perform properly. Just sayin'

knowing if rail pressure is in spec would be a good idea

I swapped out the two mechanical fuel pumps and the motor is running great. Learned that only 4 of the 6 cylinders fire at idle.
