2004 triton t-21 dash panel help

I have a 2004 triton t-21 the dash panel wont power up that controls the bilge pump and everything else, just wandering if anyone has encountered this problem and possible solutions. Or if someone has a diagram to trace the problem. thanks

The panel apparently has lost it's ground or the +12 volt feed. Check for +12 volts at the input to the fuse panel. If you have circuit breakers instead of fuses, check that +12 volts is being fed to the instrument panel. Ground is also required at the panel so ensure that circuit is complete. A multi-tester or test light is required to make these checks. Check the black and red "boat harness" cables at the battery and if there is a fuse on the positive post (in the red wire), check it and replace it if necessary.
