I have a 04 90 hp 4 stroke. carbs were flooding. carbs have been cleaned but still flooding when primer bulb is used. carbs were seperated and tested with another bulb and tank with no flooding. enrichner valves were also cleaned and do not appear to be sticking. needle and seats all appear to be fine. can anyone help?
