2004 Mercury 4hp 2 stroke stalling after warm

Hi all,

My 2004 Mercury 4hp 2 stroke stalling after around 15 minutes of running.
If I try to restart, no luck. I then wait 5 minutes and eventually I get it going for another 10-15, then cycle repeats.

Starts up cold with one pull.

Any suggestions or additional information needed are appreciated.

When it quits you need to test for spark to determine if this is an ignition problem or fuel related.

Is the primer still firm?

Tank vent open?
