2004 25 HP Mercury Need Help

I just bought a 2004 25 hp MERCURY/Serial number 0T821225. I need to know the fuel/ oil mix and is this thing a 2 or 4 stroke? Any help would be appreciated. Mercury web site stinks!

it is a 2 stroke engine and I believe that it is a 50:1 mix
