I'm upgrading the interior in my boat and recently purchased a 2003 tracker console. On the righthand switch panel with 3 switches, 2 of which are 3-position rocker switches (On/Off/On). On the backside, these switches have 7 pins, 3 in one row, 4 in the other row. I've been tracing the wires and I've figured out the negative and positive. However, I cannot figure out where the lead out for the two devices are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are they lighted switches?

Normally the switch common is in the middle and the switched legs are either side. The fourth wire maybe for a light.

Yes. These switches light up when they are turned on

Then with an ohmmeter you should be able to tell the switched legs from the light input. I don't know how they wire the light, but they probably switch the hot leg and the fourth wire is ground for the light.
