Found the problem. At the beginning of this entire process the first thing we did was rebuilt the carburetor’s. After that didn’t work, I spent almost $1000 throwing parts at it and hoping it would work. Finally, after sitting down and thinking about why carb number two was bone dry, I followed the fuel lines and realized carburetor number two was not getting any fuel.There was literally no fuel line going into carburetor number two. It turns out after the first rebuild, I put call number three onto carburetor number two and vice versa. This turned out to be my downfall. Cobb to was not receiving any fuel therefore it felt like a limp mode. That’s what I get for being a rookie LOL
