2003 115f Yamaha wont re-start when warm

I have a 2003 4 stroke F115 yamaha. Over the last couple of months if i run hard (over 4000 rpm) for 20 + minutes then shut down and try to re-start after about 10-15 minutes it will not start. (If i try after just a few minutes it will start). Turns over strong but will not fire. Tried pumping bulb, cycling key 3 or 4 times, advancing throttle but nothing has worked. Generally if it sits 30 minutes to an hour or so it will re-start and run perfectly again until shutting down again.

If anyone has had this problem and solved it i would appreciate you letting me know what you found.

you need to check for the plugs getting spark when the problem shows up
if it has spark but will not start then it has too much fuel or not enough in the cylinders
