I have a 2003 115 4-stroke that idles like a champ but as soon as I put it in gear it bogs down. The engine has been sitting for 6 years with no activity.
I have replaced all fuel lines, filter, fresh gas. The only other place to diagnose will be the VST tank and check the fuel pressure. What is the fuel pressure supposed to be at idle? High pressure pump might be bad or filter clogged. With it sitting that amount of time, could injectors be clogged also?

I would run a can of seafoam, B12, Lucas or some other fuel system cleaner through it while it idles, may or may not fix the problem but will definitely help. I'll look up the specs on it if I can when I get to work in a little bit.

Got around to working on it today. Fuel pressure is 38-40 psi while idling. Took off vst and cleaned and verified the fuel pump is working. As it did before, idles wonderful but as soon as I give a little throttle it begins to bog down. Where to go next?
