Hello !
My wife and I recently purchased a 2002 regal 2860 Commodore. Our boat lists a couple inches starboard. Current boat condition is fuel approximately 1/4 full. Not sure about the distribution of the fuel load though. Boat is basically empty. We are in the process of moving in. Batteries are on starboard side aft. GENSET that is port side aft. Freshwater tank, and holding tank, status unknown.
On another note, this boat has been in dry storage for two years, and after a full engine and out drive service, I am getting some water leakage in through both outdrives. Hoping that being back in the water they will re-seal. If not, guessing that’s going to be expensive pulling the motors out and resealing the drives.

Most all single engine cruisers list to starboard (mine also). The head is on the starboard side and the water tank is on the port side. If the water tank is filled, this helps right things a bit, but may not do it all. I don't worry about it, trim tabs flattens things while running

Edit: just noticed your probably twin motors.
Can also just be where the weight is and the head is heavy

I know this boat fairly well , Weight distribution
I have a 2004 - 2860 - Regal Commodore = SAME SITUATION ,
leaning starboard , That few inches you described is apx 150 lbs

twin 6 cylinder Volvo Penta engines on my Regal
Same lay out ,
I posted same question years ago when I was on a mission too level

You can call Regal customer support , you will need hull number ,
they try too help , indicated possibly water accumulated in hull
Indicated removal of the galley , will give me limited viewing too hull ,
Two person job , Galley is heavy , limited viewing , seemed , DRY

Got too see wiring behind galley which will help with future projects

A fellow 2860 owner responded , SAME ISSUE ,
He could not find any water anyplace ,
Felt all the fiberglass from galley and the enclosed head all fiberglass quite heavy caused leaning .
Made the most sense too me
On that model generator weights 225 lbs
A/c unit in aft cabin - guessing its 75 lbs
Refrigerator 25 lbs
only other weight is seating
On starboard side you have galley ,enclosed fiberglass bathroom ,head, , 2 2 batteries , waste tank that I believe holds 18 gallons of waste plus hot water tank 6 gallons
NO clearance too install batteries from starboard too port
Generator in way

Generator is a royal pain ,

One day I started generator while in cabin , running ruff , I look up , thought boat was on fire , GENERATOR was throwing black smoke ,coming from under deck , Quite scary
SHUT , Zero clearance too attempt too fix in place

Months later Port engine had too come out , Access too Gen set
Had shop pull
Needs costly rebuild , $ 6000 bucks too make coffee ,

Shame only had 225 meter time ,
3000 watt Power inverter operates everything minus a/c

If you think you have a listing issue now , removal of generator will FREAK U OUT ,
Once we splashed boat minus generator , LISTING was so bad looked like boat was taking on water ( marina called )
DAMN , . Temp fix leveled with patio bricks , Not living with that ,
Took a while but found at a steel supply house a exact fit ,
Flat piece of steel plate 1 inch wide , same size as generator. \
plate weighted 155 lbs
With help we lowed plate into engine room .
Covered with starboard ,
Moved batteries from starboard too port ,
required 2 more batteries too level total of 4 batteries plus steel plate ,
4 batteries on that boat is over kill but looks finished , sitting on starboard that covers the lead plate , finished , clean

NOW LEVEL ,

With out looking , taking on water your bellows could be the cause ,
VOLVO PENTA , is costly , Tight working knuckle bleeding common ,
If your handy can do your own work , is best ,
welcome too contact me if you ever have questions ,
