2002 mercruiser 5.7 head reassembly

Hello I need to find instruction on putting a head back on a 5.7 l mercruiser. Does anyone have torque specs for head bolts instruction .

Thanks what is the angle method ? And what tool do I need ? Would I just go with a torque wrench ?

old school torque wrench, see ptional method"
"angle method" torque to 22//Ft/lbs. mark bolt head with marker, turn bolt an additional "X" degrees

Thanks also I saw some where else to use perfect seal for the thread on the bolts the description above says to use loctite 565 pst which is better ? Thanks again
