2002 -200HPDI oil dripping down lower unit shaft

I saw some oil coming from the drain holes on the low unit. checked the lower unit no water in fluid. pulled the lower unit off and notice the enire shaft is covered in what looks like yamalube. any thoughts on what seal might be leaking? I can only assume the bottom of the motor is filling up with oil?

Isn't there a recall on the bottom main seal on these motors. The have a tendance to leak? It is covered under the extended warranty I think. Might want to check it out with a dealer.
