Hi All! I'm stumped. I had to replace my trim switch which meant taking apart the remote control box. That part was easy as well as reassembly....Everything was going fine until it came time for me to put the last of it together which includes the cover that has the neutral throttle lever. I can't seem to figure out how to make it fit. I have tried many different ways but I run into a couple problems, 1st try: neutral throttle lever went through full range of motion but the control lever did not go all the way forward, 2nd try: control lever went all the way forward but not reverse and neutral throttle lever would not move. Here is a picture. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi dons3, when you tried to put plate with neutral lever on did you close lever fully and push throttle slightly forward untill the pin slipped into place? If not you need to align back plate to almost on,push throttle slightly forward holding plate with pressure against it in line to go on and then pull up on neutral lever slightly and it should go right on with little pressure at all. Lat us know if you still have problems!

I did that but I'm not sure which way I orient the "pin" on the throttle lever side and I'm not sure which slot the pin needs to go into. Thanks

hi dons3, the pin on the lever should go in the c shaped or the l shaped so that it can be lifted but main throttle cant be moved until lever is lowered,in your case the front oblong slot is where it should go.
