Its a 20+ yr old boat, it's no longer factory color, the gelcoat has faded/changed/oxidized.
It's not paint, it's gelcoat, so paint or gelcoat?
Color match to the actual boat is probably diy either way, but ya might find a paint or boat repair shop w a scanner to scan color & make a match.
