2001 Evinrude 9.9 HP 4 stroke ignition problem

I have no spark. stop circuit OK , there is no voltage and poer pack output to ignition coil. Power coil Peak 30 v OK and resistance OK at 55 ohms, Charge coil output 120 volts and should be 144 or 220 depending on engine size in cc. Charge coil is not grounded but resistance is on 416 ohms and not 720 to 880 Ohms. I am following instructions from my Seloc manual but I need to know which of three different engine sizes I have. 211 cc , 255 cc or 305 cc. they are all 9.9hp according to Seloc.
However they have different voltage outputs on their charge coils and I need to know what I have.
The model no is E10TVX4SIC. Serial no.Q04951984

You might try looking into getting an OMC Factory service manual. I still say Seloc Sucks. JMO !!
