2001 250 OX66 stalling at idle and losing prime now

I have tried so many of the suggestions on this forum and come up short. I can crank the port side engine and it would run for about 30 seconds and then stall. I replaced the fuel filter and the low pressure fuel pumps and cleaned the VST filter and the inline fuel assembely valve. Still have the same problem but now the engine wont hold prime either. Any ideas?

I isolated the the leak causing me to lose prime and now it runs great.

Seems the replacing of the Low pressure fuel pump did work after all.

Losing the prime was giving me the same symptom.

dunno what is ment by loosing prime so I could not answer.
there ae 3 fuel systems on that hull.
hull system,engine low pressure and engine high pressure.
