Yamaha 100 HP F100 2001 4 stroke skips every now and then at 1200 RPM and below, can the welch plug be removed and the low speed idle screws be adjusted and cleaned without causing a major deal? New fuel pumps,filters, plugs, timing belt, valve adjustment have been installed. It has gotten worse as time goes on, eng. has 1008 hrs. everything has been great except for the idle issue. HELP!
