2000 Yamaha v-max 150 warm restart issue

I have a 2000 Yamaha v-max 150 w/ox66 efi 2-stroke motor, after running long enough to warm up it wants to be difficult to restart, spits and sputters and finally starts but not normal, usually very reliable!! The only Yamaha dealer i had near by went out of business and i dont know who to trust in indianapolis area if it is something i cant fix myself (with your help).
