2000 Volvo Penta seawater pump leaking

For the above engine my raw water pump is leaking where the discharge plastic sleeve is fitted into the pump, I assume there are "O" rings on the sleeve to give a water tight seal. How do I remove this sleeve?

You need a new pump. Those sleeves are made into the housing and are not repairable or replaceable.
