2000 Johnson 150, all 4 have the same problems

Hey guys, need a hand, I have 4 200 model Johnson 150 Offshore model out boards and slowly all 4 of them have developed the same symptom. looking at the motor from inside the boat looking aft, the lowest right side cylinder is loading up with OIL, not gas/oil, but it looks like more oil than gas, this must be a common problem...can anyone help?

Check the fuel pumps, I think this cylinder is connected to the pulse hose. If the diaphram leaks it loads this cylinder with oil and fuel.

Isn't that cylinder/crankcase also the one that the collector hose from the air box goes to?
