Though I would share the swap I'm doing. Picked up this 2000 Glastron 175 with a junk 3.0. Been wanting to make something fun to tool around on so came up with this. Built 355 Vortec Chevy, 750 cfm edelbrock marine carb., and a victor junior high rise intake. Has a 1.50 gen 2 outdive with a 14.5 x 21p stainless prop. Almost ready for testing.

I think you will find the victor jr intake rpm range not matched to marine rpm range which is idle to 5 k. What cam is in it?

Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,....... Cool little Rocket,....

I agree, the victor might not be the best choice for the intake,....

I'm thinking 21p may be a little light. I'm also thinking the intake may be a poor match as well.

I don't think it'll do 70s But I've been wrong before. Low-mid 60s is possible I think...

Add a carb spacer to fatten up the mid range and it will help a bit with the vic jr intake.

If you do a lot of drive work to improve oiling, you could spin it faster
