I have a 1997 oceanpro 200 hp that used to run great ive taken it out many times and the past two have been bad. Went out and it ran great for half of the day then all the sudden it wounld start up then die when i would put it in gear. it did this for a long time and finally took cover off and top of the heads were very warm, let them cool for an hour then tried to start it would start at a idle and run but once again when put in gear it would die. Flushed out motor very very good. let it set for a 2 week and just took it out on saturday man she ran great for 1.5 hour then same thing wouldnt run very good at idle and when i put it in gear it would bog down and die whats up?????? Coils? Thermostats ???? Just had carbs rebuilt before and they ran great last season i need some help cause im broke but want to go fishing and cant. thanks
