2 stroke or 4 stroke??

I have a 1990 22' Pursuit Cuddy W/A.... Should I go with twin 4 strokes, or twin 2 strokes?? The reason I want 2 motors is due to fishing offshore in the Gulf of Mexico...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.!!
