2 or 4 stroke?

Hi<br />I have just bought a 4hp seahorse: 2 cylinders BJ4BRCRM 8136555, made in Belgium. I was told it was 4 stroke but it looks 2 stroke to me. Can anyone confirm? And if 2 stroke what's best mix to use?

It is a 1984 2- Stroke rope start. Mixture is 50:1.
