2 cycle oil reservoir

I have a 1996 Tracker 115 made by Mercury. My oil warning horn went off and I tracked it to the magnetic float in the oil reservoir is sticking. Does anyone have a part number for the reservoir or know where I can get one. Thanks

You can order just the float sensor instead of the complete tank assembly, it's a lot cheaper. The PN for the switch is 87-12886 A6 and you can get it from your local Merc outboard dealer. It lists for $12.75.

The sensor that you are talking about is it the one that inside the reservoir? The magnetic float inside my tank is sticking and it doesn't look like there is any way to change it. I checked the sensor that has two wires to it and is inserted from the bottom of the tank and is held in by a screw and it checked out good. The part number you gave me is it for the magnetic float inside the tank? Thanks for all your help
